Memphis Better Block Project

Memphis community organizers are gathering to put in place a Better Block project on three blocks of Broad Avenue, from Hollywood to Collins. The group will be adding bike lanes, planters, installing temporary businesses and painting windows of vacant spaces to show the potential for a revitalized block.
